(Reston) and Forbes Insurance Agency, Inc. (Broadlands) (collectively, "Forbes," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. 2. The Site is informational

This website provides general information about Forbes Insurance Agencies and the personal and commercial insurance products we write. When you submit a quote request through this site or to one of our offices, you authorize us to contact you about insurance and to obtain the third-party reports needed to prepare a quote. Any quote you receive is an estimate based on the information available at the time. The price, terms, and availability of coverage are determined solely by the underwriting carrier and may change before binding. We make no guarantee that any specific coverage, premium, or carrier will be available to you.

4. Electronic communications and consent to contact

When you submit any form on our website or one of our landing pages (including a guide or resource download, a quote request, or a general inquiry), you consent to be contacted by Forbes at the email address and phone number you provide, by email, phone call, and text message, about your request and related insurance topics. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. 5. Text message (SMS) program

If you provide a mobile phone number, you may enroll in our text-message program, through which we send messages such as delivery of a guide you requested and occasional updates. Program terms:

• Message frequency varies and is recurring or occasional depending on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
